Order runs through UnicommerceInvoice, label, ready-to-ship and courier manifest for every channel, timed to your pickups.
A Python service on our server runs at each courier pickup slot through the Unicommerce API. It handles each marketplace's own rules: Myntra and Nykaa go straight to ready-to-ship, Ajio needs a separate courier allocation, Flipkart only invoices after its evening processing time, and Amazon returns ZPL labels, which we turn into PDFs on our own server so customer addresses never go to an outside converter.

Invoices, labels and manifests land in a Google Drive folder tree your team can browse by date, channel and run. The warehouse gets one combined picklist sorted by SKU. Every dispatched shipment is added to your existing per-channel master spreadsheets in their exact columns, checked for duplicates by AWB.

A morning job collects sales, marketplace warehouse stock and in-transit quantities from portal reports, report APIs and Unicommerce, converts them with your team's rules and writes them into the right tab, SKU row and date column. It only fills blank cells. If the portal disagrees with a number your team typed, it is reported as a conflict and left alone.

Which marketplaces and tools do you work with?
Unicommerce plus the marketplaces it connects to: Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon (Seller Central and Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment), Ajio, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion and Blinkit. We also read marketplace seller portals and report APIs directly, Shopify for website orders, and Google Sheets and Google Drive for your team's own files.
What exactly gets automated in an order run?
For every courier pickup slot: find new orders per channel, create invoices, fetch labels (Amazon ZPL labels are converted to PDF on our own server), mark orders ready to ship, create and close the manifest for each courier, file invoices, labels and manifests in Google Drive by date and channel, rebuild a combined SKU-sorted picklist, and add each dispatched shipment to your team's existing master sheet. An email after every run reports what happened.
Do we have to change how our team works?
No. We first record your team's real manual process, then write into the same sheets, tabs and columns your team already uses. Report jobs only fill blank cells; if a number your team typed differs from the portal, it is reported as a conflict and left untouched.
Is it safe? Dispatch can't be undone.
Every shipment moves through named stages in a ledger (invoiced, ready to ship, dispatched), so nothing is processed twice even after a network failure. New channels are tested one real order at a time in dry-run mode before going live, and real report files are backed up before every write.
Where does it run?
On a Linux server we manage, on a schedule matched to your courier pickups. Nothing depends on someone's laptop being switched on, and you get an alert if a scheduled run is missed or a marketplace connector breaks.
